Social Networking not Just for Teens, College Students

It has been very interesting watching how the Internet Marketing and Social Media Marketing industry has changed over the past several years. I still see many businesses hiring teenagers and college students to manage their Social Media Campaigns. I am not saying that a young person can't be successful with managing an account but requires more skills than just knowing your way around Facebook and Twitter.
